Returns

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our returns policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Returns/Exchanges
To return your order, you will need to contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items will need to be returned to our warehouse and we will reimburse the return shipping fee (up to $20 USD).

Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Please note the following conditions:
1. Your item/s must be in new and unused condition;
2. You must contact us requesting a return BEFORE shipping any items to us;
3. You have up to 30 days after receiving your item to contact us requesting a return;
4. To receive a reimbursement on your return shipping fee (up to $20 USD), you must provide a photo of the postal receipt clearly displaying the fee paid and the tracking information.
5. We advise returning your order with package tracking. Any returns that become lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund if they were shipped without tracking.

Important: If the returned product is deemed to be in an unacceptable condition (unfit for resale), a restocking fee of 25% of the full retail price will be deducted from the refund. In cases where an item is undeliverable or destroyed due to incorrect address or delivery refusal, the same 25% restocking fee will apply and the original shipping fee will not be refundable.
